Royal View

Royal View is a new build apartment development in the vibrant community of Leith, Edinburgh. Our collaboration on this project with Redwood Marketing and the Living by Robertson team saw us use several of or services and allowed us to fully engage our creative and technological expertise.

To meet the client's diverse needs, we delivered a comprehensive package of interior CGIs, 4K animation, and a full 360 VR tour, ensuring potential homeowners could envision themselves in the space with stunning accuracy and emotional appeal.

Due to the unforeseen challenges presented by the pandemic, the technology used helped homebuyers fully engage with the product, often from the comfort of their own home. The Royal View development has since fully sold out, underscoring the impact and value of high-quality visual content in today’s real estate market.

Each element was crafted in line with the provided marketing timeline, a testament to our team's dedication to meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

For Sofitel Hotels & Resorts, amidst their Brussels hotel redevelopment, we embarked on a
creative partnership with Russel Sage Architects.

For Sofitel Hotels & Resorts, our challenge was to bring to life the Brussels hotel
redevelopment ideas with precise visual clarity, focusing on the hotel’s entrance, reception, atrium, bar, and restaurant.

Despite the project's tight timeline and intricate bespoke designs, our collaboration with
Russel Sage Architects enabled us to utilize 360-degree imagery effectively.
